We need your support to energize our runners after they race! Proper hydration and nutritious snacks are essential for athletes to recover quickly and effectively. After intense physical activity, runners lose fluids and vital nutrients, which can lead to fatigue and slower recovery times. Healthy snacks, like fruits and energy bars, along with electrolytes and water, help replenish their energy stores and rehydrate their bodies. This ensures they have the strength to recover and the energy to cheer on their teammates.

End of Season Celebration
Islander Middle School’s Cross Country and Track and Field teams host a season-ending celebration party to bring together coaches, athletes, and their families to reflect on the season’s accomplishments and create lasting memories. This event is an exciting way to celebrate the hard work and dedication of all involved. To ensure the success of the party, we are seeking volunteers to help with various tasks such as organizing food, setting up decorations, and assisting with activities. Your support is essential in making this celebration enjoyable for everyone, and we greatly appreciate any time you can contribute to making this event memorable for our athletes and their families.
