Volunteering at a home meet is an exciting way to get involved and make a big impact on our student athletes’ experience! These events wouldn’t be possible without the support of dedicated volunteers from our home team. As a volunteer, you’ll play a key role in making the event run smoothly—whether you’re helping athletes get ready for their events, recording times, measuring throws, or assisting in other important tasks.

Pre-meet athlete pasta dinners play an important role in fueling up for upcoming races and fostering team camaraderie. By carbo-loading, athletes restore their glycogen levels, providing the energy needed for optimal performance. These community-style gatherings are made possible through contributions from athletes.
