Team Pasta Feeds
Athlete pasta feeds are a key event before meets, offering a chance to carbo-load for the next day’s race while building team spirit. Carbo-loading helps replenish glycogen stores, giving athletes the energy they need for peak performance. These potluck-style dinners rely on contributions from athletes attending.

Meet & Snack Volunteers
We need your support to refuel runners after their race! Healthy snacks and fluids are essential for athletes to recover and replenish their energy, so they can cheer on their teammates.

Senior Night
Senior Night is a special tradition where we celebrate and honor our senior athletes for their dedication and contributions to the team. It coincides with our home meet at Luther Burbank, making it an extra memorable occasion. Let’s make it a night to remember! Volunteer positions are still available.

Timeline:
3:30 PM – Meet Volunteers gather for instructions from the coaches at the Timers Tent / Finish Line (located in the large grass field between the north and south parking lots).
Volunteer Check-in with Coaches:
- Course Marshals: Please check in with Coach Gavin Cree for assignments and a fluorescent vest.
- Timers/Start/Finish Line Helpers: Please check in with Coach Danny Naylor.
3:45 PM – Senior Recognition
4:00 PM – Meet Starts
5:45 PM – Pizza Feed (Athletes & Families Welcome)
